Consultant/Principal Consultant
The Consultant role is essential in order to develop partnering relationships at senior level with major corporations and continue successful relationships with existing key clients to improve the potential of long-term relationships by delivering projects successfully and on time. The main purpose of the job is to drive the development of projects to successful completion and discover, through use of both the existing and potential network, new client partners and new markets for further development.
Major Tasks
- Management and development of accounts including recruiting and qualifying in order to deliver comprehensive short list presentations to clients on time ensuring successful assignment completion
- Develop and optimise existing clients and identify new business opportunities within the market specialisation
- Plan and organise the diary to incorporate direct telephone contact with existing and potential candidates/clients each day based on MPC presentation, business discussion, mapping and marketing approaches
- Report monthly on all potential assignment opportunities
- Create accurate and applicable research, roadmap documentation, client files and reporting information.
- Completed aspects of a business plan and established new business with new clients on a retained basis.
- Utilising new contacts and relationships in order to grow the account by furthering JordanSheppards’ offering to the client.
