Associate Consultant

The Associate Consultant role is essential to continue successful relationships with existing key clients and to improve the potential of long-term relationships by delivering projects successfully and on time. The main purpose of the job is to support Consultants and Key Account Managers in accounts and projects by name gathering, recruiting and qualifying in order to present a successful shortlist for assignment completion whilst identifying new markets for further development.

Major Tasks

  • Day to day management of the accounts including name gathering, recruiting and qualifying in order to deliver comprehensive short list presentations on time ensuring that the assignment can be completed successfully following this stage.
  • Assisting with offer negotiations, logistics and interview schedule management.
  • Utilising new contacts and relationships in order to grow candidate network by promoting JordanSheppard’s differentials and professionalism in relationship management.
  • Identify new business opportunities within market specialisation for consultants to follow up.
  • Report monthly on all potential assignment opportunities.
  • Create accurate and applicable research, roadmap documentation, client files and reporting information.
  • Plan and organise the diary to incorporate direct telephone contact with existing and potential candidates based on the research materials, data base information, roadmap documentation
  • Devise a business plan in terms of professional and financial objectives and track to completion.
