Gantt Chart with critical stages of the process. Proactive engagement with competitors and comparative businesses, identification and targeting of specific individuals based on referral, recommendation and research
CONFIDENTIAL CONTACT
Recruit and inspire candidates to ensure suitability to assignment objectives
QUALIFYING
Selection through structured situation based interviews establishing behaviours/
competencies and technical fit. Assessment of leadership skills, sensitivity to company culture, remuneration and motivational relevance
REFERENCE CHECKING
Validation of past experience and organisational fit as well as reasons for joining/leaving
LONG LIST
Disclosure of working roadmap (in line with data protection act), including presentation of likely candidates following selection process
SHORT LIST PRESENTATION
Presentation and Validation of usually up to 3-4 individuals per position with best fit, relevance, and highest motivation
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Managing interview schedules and providing preparation and debrief engagements with both parties in order to establish common ground and assist decision making
NEGOTIATION OF TERMS
Managing financial expectations and negotiating on behalf of both clients and candidates
RESIGNATION AND TRANSITION
Preparation and assistance with resignation, ensuring emotional/practical support and sound boarding. Follow up discussions post signature, ensuring validity of decision and commitment
ASSIGNMENT DEBRIEF AND REVIEW
Post-integration period contact ensuring accuracy of appointment and client/new employees commitment levels. Debrief assignment, providing framework for process improvement
MANAGEMENT REPORTING
Market analysis and industry observation reports, Salary Surveys and Competitor reviews/ analysis
