Which sectors are most affected by human capital shortages and in which skill category?
IVANOV: Basically, there are problems of human talent at every level in Bulgaria. At first the shortage was most keenly noted in the lack of good managers, as the socialist system had not equipped people with the necessary experience to run a business.
